Items will ship out from our warehouse after 1-2 business days of processing time.

Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays won’t be processed until the next business day.

The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. However, some products may take 4-6 working days for delivery. We have stated the estimated delivery time on each product page.

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.

We deliver items via Yodel, Evri, XDP, and Dxdelivery. You will have the option to choose the shipping method of your choice as well as the shipping carrier that is available for that item.

You'll receive an email shortly after your order ships, providing your tracking information for safety purposes. However, some shipping carriers need roughly 24 hours to update tracking once the carrier picks up the package.
